President


Edward H. Manley is a retired Navy Lt Commander, President of the International Food Service Executives Association for 18 years, and currently President of the Foodservice Institute and Chairman of the Board-elect of the International Food Service Executives Association. Ed resides in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Senior Vice-President
1SG Markos Mendoza is in the Army Reserve, currently activated, residing in Las Vegas, NV.  Markos has a long and distinguished history in hotels and restaurants including Caesars Entertainment, Wynn Resorts, and opening GM for Chef Robert Irvine's restaurant at the Tropicana.   

Secretary


Deborah L. Szymchack is Vice President and Branch Manager for the Portage, MI Branch of Raymond James Financial.  She resides in Kalamazoo, MI and is the daughter of Edward Manley.

Board Member


Jesus Guillen is a retired Navy Chief Culinary Specialist, submariner. After spending several years as a food broker. He resides in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Treasurer


Patrick Moore is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt. where his tours included Senior Enlisted Aide to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. He recently completed a job where he was responsible for protocol at the Defense Threat Agency. Chief Moore resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

Michael E. Manley is Sales Manager, Carribbean Division for Jeld-Wen Corporation.  He spent many years working with E. H. Manley and Associates, managing the HQ and military awards conferences.  He resides in Lake Worth, FL.

Zachary Green is a Marine Corps veteran, a management consultant using the Marine Corps ethos; his book Warrior Entrepreneur was #1 on Amazon; his company LumWare went from his trunk to $30 million in sales, helping firefighters find their way in fires.  And he is helping the Foodservice Institute to develop new training methods and branding the Manley Method.
